This post is just a bitchfest....
  Its mid April... and the old Limmerick says April showers brings May flowers... well, old man winter, who obviously still has a bad case of blue balls..and Mother Nature, the dirtiest of dimestore hookers, seem to have some twisted sense of humor in giving us even more snow today.  Seriously... I have lived here my whole life, with a few breaks here and there, and this winter has gone on way too long... too many years of short and shitty summers and waaay too long and bitterly cold winters... cmon now! Old man winter, just hook up with Mother Nature in a bathroom stall after a few Jag Bombs, and just hump like rabbits till you give birth to Spring already!!
  Its like the Ross and Rachel deal in Friends.. fucksakes just HOOK UP already! Blue Snowballs are relieved and Mo Nature can do her slutty thing and we can all just move on...
  Lost a damned hubcap today... got to watch oncoming traffic pulverise it though...and thanks to the dude who warmed me about it after the fact, when I had already witnessed the demise. points for effort tho..he didnt know I saw it.
  Ran into the Ex.. fuck...always a show topper! After my hellish day at work, which I cant even write about because its a public blog and it could get out there.... gahhh!!
  Not a big fan of censoring myself, but whatever. Just one of those days right? You take your licks, and you move along.

  The PLUS side of the Karmic balance sheet... We most likely will be getting our Hockey team back!!! It irks me that someone on my FB wall was all shitty and negative about it... fuck.. steal what little joy I have in my life will you?? Shit, are you my wife, is that your job now?! Did we marry when I was passed out and puking into my toilet bowl? Fuck off and let me have some hope, excitement and enjoy the moment.. its a big deal for some people.

  Career could be moving up. Always good news, even as I suffer most days. Almost time for Vacation too!!! AND Birthday!!! AND more studying and exams... Woooah.. wait, what?
  Financial Planning.... need to tackle em eventually.

 My writing is coming along... its not stellar and epic and award worthy, but for me, its a start and semi coherent and most importantly... Im enjoying it.  I may need to start applying for contests and see how well I fair with a deadline.

  So its not all terrible news, and thanks for listening to the rants of a half starved bachelor. *SHAMELESS 'FEED THE BACHELOR FUND' PLUG*

  I think I know what the new name of my Blog will be called... hot DAMN Im a friggin genius!!!

  Anyway... Friday night. I want a shower, a Rye and a pillow.  So much for my social life, which lately has included twitter, FB, and my Christmas Tree. 
  Yeah...its still up..and YES I DO talk to it....shitheads..

Blogwork is Homework is Good Work

 Hello, Gentle Reader,    This blog has always been my way of sharpening my writing chops, or shaking off the rust of my laziness and trying to find my 'voice', as it were, online.  I know, Gentle Reader, that you often do not give feedback, and thats ok.  This space isn't meant as an ego-reach and any and all feedback regarding my posts is appreciated, often more than you might guess, but thats not why I write here.     Most of my drive and reasoning is the simple act of it.  Writing is healthy for the soul and great practice more than anything else, the more practice you put in, the better at it you get... or at least that's what I keep incessantly telling myself, forever hopeful that I am in fact getting 'better' as a writer, whatever that actually means.  I suppose my ability to project my voice comes down to you, Gentle Reader.  I hope you hear me and I am able to project the visuals and a sense of where I am, figuratively as w...

Fuck this place, I’m out…

I grew up poor.  Really poor. To steal a line from Chris Rock, we grew up so poor we couldn’t afford the O R at the end of the word, we were just PO. hahaha. Still accurate. But my childhood poverty isn’t the point of this post. I mention it because growing up I had to watch all my friends going on family vacations to Disneyland and the Phillipines and Mexico and wherever their families were in the world while I roamed my asphalt jungle like a half wild animal in a cage.   I always vowed that I would see the world someday.
