what a weird year...
...and it’s not even over yet. Another big year of change and rollercoaster events in the life of yours truly, with no real signs of slowing down and I’m ok with that. I’ve learned that life is best (and mostly) lived in the plateaus of life. Those times where not much really exciting is happening but nothing awful is going on either, just that day to day life-living, small victories earned kind of times. Some folks hate those times; too boring and uneventful, but let me be the first to tell you, from a guy who’s had a truck load of ‘eventfulness’... there’s peace in the quiet times. There is time to let your soul breathe and to reflect on what we have and the goals we have attained, as well as planning for the next step. The plateau is where all the real work happens. The building blocks of our lives and futures and plans and hopes, one day at a time. I’m ok with all of that. As Time passes, I see more and more what a goo...
