I have been working on learning this song.  Its an oldie but a goodie and when I listen to it I sense the melancholy. It haunts me, this song.  Click the link and go to about a minute into it before anything really happens.... any Pink Floyd fans dont need to be told... its all music.     I have to say that being able to play the first half of it after a few stubborn minutes of quiet curses and fumbled fingers was a real thrill. Back in the day when I was in the Infantry, we did this drill. So my optimistic "Ill write out my blog ideas next weekend" turned into five weeks or so...  It's been that frenetic.   And I am currently listening to a song with dripping water and man does that make me wanna go pee.  I digress...  Also, I tend to start posts and paragraphs with the word So.  I was once told that my best stories would always begin with a deep breath, a 'So" and then a bloated pause before the ridiculousness would begin.  Indeed.  Getting back to my ideas on marriage as well as other things... Yes, I am avoiding the heavy stuff.
